At EDC Essentials, we want to ensure your gear fits your lifestyle perfectly; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for confirmation of the return shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
